Club judo mats
Club judo mats have a 14lb
chip foam core with bonded red or green tatami pattern cover, welded corners
and a latex rubber antislip base and are flame retardent.
They are available in the following sizes:
1m x 1m x 40mm, weight 9kg
2m x 1m x 40mm, weight 17kg
To create judo practice areas you will need the following numbers of mats
for the areas (the red mats create a 1m wide line with a 1m run off beyond):
14m x 14m area requires 80 green mats and 18 red mats
12m x 12m area requires 58 green mats and 14 red mats
10m x 10m area requires 36 green mats and 14 red mats
8m x 8m area requires 22 green mats and 10 red mats

Jigsaw mats
These judo training mats are a 25mm thick lightweight polyethylene foam mat with a high
grip ribbed surface and with a jigsaw edge to allow the mats to be linked to form large areas.
Although they are light they achieve their grip by being firmly linked into a much larger area.
Jigsaw mats are available in red or green (please specify colour with order suffix R or G).
Middle sections have the jigsaw edge on 4 sides, edge sections have 1 straight side and
corner sections have 2 straight sides.

Jigsaw club mats
Reversible jigsaw club mats with interlocking edges to make them easy to lay
and cover large floor areas.
These 40mm deep jigsaw mats are suitable for judo, other martial arts or general use,
and offer a permanent or temporary cushioned floor surface for comfort and safety.
The mats have a reversible Tatami embossed pattern, red on one side and green on the other,
and feature a waterproof , wipe clean surface.

Padded wall panels
These are ideal for creating a full unarmed combat training area or for just protecting a few
columns or beams. Padded wall panels are fully stitched all round with no glue joins so are
exceptionally durable.
The panel covering is a tough, washable, tear resistant, flame retardant nylon backed PVC
with 2" wide velcro type strips sewn into the back panel to allow these to be stuck to any
surface (to the special padded wall battens). The infill is 33kg/m3 density, closed cell,
cross linked expanded polyethelene foam making these mats exceptionally durable and
giving excellent shock absorption. We can make special foam padded panels any size to
fit to walls, columns, buttresses or any obstruction to protect users on impact. Panels are
normally 40mm thick but can be made 50mm thick for extra protection.
The battens have velcro on one side and are fitted to a wall or surface which allows the pads
to be fastened to create a padded wall or cell for combat training or martial arts or protection.
We recommend 3 strips of velcro are used per panel, 1 on each edge and 1 in the middle.
The pads and battens are sold separately.
