Spectrum Y climbing frame

This three panel folding frame is our most popular design, available with a choice of 6 different panel layouts with either wood or metal fittings. The frame is wall mounted and folds against the wall when not in use, taking up the space of just one panel.

Each panel is 9' (2.74m) wide x 10' (3.05m) high with a choice of rungs, hoops, poles & ladders in wood or colour coded painted steel.

Also available in single or double panel versions.

Olympic Y climbing frame

The Olympic Y shape frame 3 comprises painted steel panels complete with 2 support ladders. Each panel is made up of two different coloured sections, with a choice of fittings including ladders, rungs and hoops. The frame is wall mounted and folds against the wall when not in use, taking up the space of just one panel.

Each panel is 2.1m wide x 2.5m high.

Gym Centre climbing frame

Ideal for infants, this folding frame features a top section fitted with ropes and a ladder, plus two fold-out panels: one with hoops and a climbing panel, the other with climbing rungs. The frame is made from painted steel, and folds against the wall when not in use.

The fold-out panels are 2m x 2m and the top section is 2.5m high.

Wall bars

Standard timber wall bars are attached to the wall and are ideal for climbing or attaching 
other apparatus to. Made from lacquered hard wood. They can be used singularly or in
rows of two or more.

Wall bar size: 8'10" high x 2'4" wide.

Rope frames

Wall hinged steel rope frame with ladder section top bar for rigidity with fixing points for 
4 ropes or accessories (note ladder, rings and trapeze use 2 fittings). 
 
The frame is hinged at the wall and in the floor so can easily project to clear radiators or pipes 
near floor level. The top hinge can be fitted up to 1/3 from the top if windows prevent a 
higher fixing. The rope frame is wheeled into position and located with shoot bolts at the
 bottom and straining cables at the top.
 
Hinges and fixings for Niels Larsen wall hinged rope frames must be ordered with the frame. 
Please specify the type of wall to be fixed to, the height of the wall and floor type and whether 
there is underfloor heating.
 
The rope frame can be ordered separately or including 4 climbing ropes, or 2 climbing ropes 
and a rope ladder.
 
Rope frames are available in 2 sizes:
Height 10' (3048mm), or 14' (3658mm) 
Width 10' 10" (3302mm) 

Rope trackway

We supply and install climbing rope trackways for gyms and sports halls. 
Rope trackways are an alternative to a rope frame where there is a solid ceiling fixing or 
beam and are ideal where limited wall space exists. 
 
The ropes are pulled out along a steel track with a rope and pulley system and secured 
via a cleat on the wall or locked in place with the Olympic Drawlok mechanism. 
 
When not in use ropes and accessories are stored neatly against the wall or they can be 
pulled up using a tricing line near to the ceiling to keep them well out of reach 
(these can also be locked up to prevent unauthorised use). Rope tracks can be used with 
climbing ropes, rope ladders, hand rings or trapeze. 
 
Track lengths and numbers of trolleys can be modified to suit your requirements. 
Ropes or other accessories must be ordered separately.
 
16' (5m) long track with 6 trolleys (rope fixing points) including hauling line and pulleys 
and track chairs 
Trolleys (rope fixing points) are at 30" (762mm) spacings 
Trolleys are positioned with a hauling line and secured by cleating this on a wall cleat 
6 fixing points allow up to 6 climbing ropes or 3 rope ladders, hand ring sets or trapeze sets
or a combination of these
